This is a full weekend celebration, all guests will be accommodated together within the estate. Your room is our gift to you for the weekend, so all you need to do is show up, relax, and enjoy. Please RSVP so we can confirm your room.

Rocabella sits above the Mediterranean in the heart of the Var. We'll be spread across its gardens and villas for the weekend. There are pools and a padel court on site, so bring swimwear and trainers if you fancy a game.

02 Monday, July 12 The Wedding

Breakfast is served on the terrace each morning, whenever you are ready.

Pool & Padel

A leisurely morning on the estate, swim, play padel, lounge in the shade. No agenda, just sunshine and good company before the big event.

Lunch Together

A casual lunch brought in on-site, fuel up, freshen up, and get ready to celebrate.

We say our vows in the gardens of Rocabella, overlooking the Mediterranean.

Evening

Wedding Dinner & Dancing

A long, celebratory dinner under the stars, followed by dancing. Local wines, Provençal cuisine, music, and memories, late into the warm July night.

One last meal together, a relaxed brunch on the terrace to ease into the morning, swap stories from the night before, and say a slow goodbye.

  • Dinner is outdoors, so bring a light layer for the evening.

  • Formal summer. Suits and long dresses.
  • The ceremony is on grass and gravel, so block heels or flats are your friend.
  • It will be warm in the afternoon, so light fabrics are best.

  • Casual. Swimwear and a cover-up by the pool, sports kit for padel.
  • Anything comfortable for the farewell brunch.

Travel & getting there

Flights

  • Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères (TLN), just 25 min by car. Smaller, easy, and no stress.
  • Main hubs: Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE), 1.5 hrs. Marseille Provence (MRS), 1 hr. Both connect well from Paris CDG.
  • From the US: Fly into Paris CDG or London Heathrow and connect south. American, Delta & Air France fly direct from major US cities to Paris.
  • Aim to arrive Sunday July 11th, before 4 PM, check-in is at 4:30 PM and we don't want you to miss a thing.

Accommodation

  • All guests will be staying on-site at Rocabella for the full weekend, no hotel transfers, no logistics, just three days in one beautiful place.
  • Rooms are allocated across Rocabella's villas and cottages on the estate.
  • Your room is taken care of, just RSVP so we can confirm your place.
  • Check-in is Sunday July 11th at 4:30 PM. Rooms must be vacated by 10 AM on Tuesday July 13th, though you're welcome to enjoy the estate until 1 PM.

Train Directions

  • From Toulon-Hyères (TLN): Take Line 102 bus (20 min, €1.40) directly to Toulon train station, or grab a taxi for a quick transfer.
  • From Nice (NCE): Take the direct FlixBus to Toulon (1 hr 45 min), or train via Antibes/Cannes to Toulon (≈2 hrs). Tickets can be purchased in advance at sncf-connect.com or at the station.
  • From Marseille (MRS): Shuttle bus to Marseille St-Charles, then a direct SNCF/TGV to Toulon (≈45 min, very frequent). Tickets can be purchased in advance at sncf-connect.com or at the station.
  • From Toulon station, Uber is readily available, it's around 25 minutes to Rocabella. A straightforward and comfortable last leg.

What to Expect

  • Weather: July in Provence is glorious, hot, sunny, and dry. Expect 28–33°C during the day, with warm evenings perfect for outdoor dining.
  • Time zone: CEST, 6 hours ahead of New York, 9 ahead of LA.
